- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪1st off they have destroyed our credit by false billing or lack of communicate with billing department. 2nd - they have failed to submit a physical screening to the state, which will reduce our medical payment percent significantly. 3rd- upon calling about these issues up above, they laugh and shrug it off with a 1-800 phone number.
